Ingredients to make Prwans pulao with Prwans masala

  • 1- Prwans pulao
  • Ingredients
  • Prawns (de-veined) cleaned 250 gm
  • rice (Washed) 1 1/2 cup
  • onions julienne 2 large
  • Chopped tomato 1 large
  • cinnamon stick 1 inch
  • cloves 4 to 5
  • pepper corn 4 to 5
  • Black cardamom 1 inch
  • Green cardamom 3 to 4
  • Shahee jeera 1 tsp
  • Turmaric powder 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Pulao masala 1 tbsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • oil 3 tbsp
  • water as required
  • Green paste
  • Coriender leaves 1/2 cup
  • mint leaves 2 tbsp
  • ginger 2 inch
  • garlic cloves 8 to 9
  • green chillies 3 to 4
  • 2- Prawns masala recipe
  • Ingredients
  • For paste
  • onion slices 2 large
  • Kashmiri red chilli 5 to 6
  • cinnamon stick 1 small stick
  • Coriender seeds 2 tbsp
  • cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • cloves 2 to 3
  • pepper corn 3 to 4
  • Star anies 1 no
  • Green cardamom 2 to 3
  • Black cardamom 1
  • poppy seeds 1 tsp
  • Marination
  • King prawns (de-veined) and cleaned 300 gm
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • lime JUICE 1 TBSP
  • salt 1 tsp
  • spices (masala)
  • oil 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Turmaric powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Coriender leaves 1 tbsp
  • mint leaves 1 tsp

How to make Prwans pulao with Prwans masala

  1. 1- Prwans pulao
  2. Wash the prwans de-veined and cleaned
  3. Marinate with little salt and lemin juice mix well keep aside for 15 min
  4. Make a green paste until smooth add water if required
  5. Now add 2 tbsp green paste in the marinated prwans again keep a rest for 10 min
  6. Take a vessel or pan add oil heat fry the onions salt and saute until light brown colour now add butter or ghee and stir nicely
  7. Make small place in the center add whole garam masala spices saute with onion
  8. Now add the chopped tomato stir for 2 to 3 min then add the rest of green paste
  9. Mix all ingredients nicely and add all the spices powder mix all on a medium flame
  10. If the mixture is sticking then add little hot water and mix well
  11. Now add marinated prwans mix lightly
  12. Finely add washed rice and salt to adjust to taste mix all well together add hot water it required to cook rice
  13. Cover with lid & cook the pulao
  14. Garnish with coriender leaves
  15. Serve with prawns masala
  16. 2- Prawns masala recipe
  17. Method
  18. Take prwans marinat with ginger garlic paste , lime juice and salt for a 15 min
  19. Now take vessel boil onion , kashmiri red chilli in a water 8 to 9 min then allow to cool and peel off the onion skin & seeds of chillies chop them
  20. Combine fried spices boiled chillies & onion into a grinder blend well add little water uf required paste should be a very smooth do not put more water
  21. Take vessel or pan add oil saute all the ingredients for the paste until they start leaving aroma
  22. Cover the lid and allow to cook on medium flame saute for 8 to 9 min until the paste stars the leaving the edges of the vessel
  23. Now add turmaric powder salt to adjust
  24. Add marinated prwans and chopped mint leaves
  25. Mix all ingredients properly cook uncovered until mixture gets dry and starts leaving oil around the vessel edge
  26. Switch off the flame
  27. Garnish with fresh coriender leaves
  28. Serve hot with prwans pulao
