INDIAN PICKLE PASTA

Ingredients to make INDIAN PICKLE PASTA

  • 1 cup pasta or macroni
  • 1 tbsp mango pickle
  • 1 chopped onions
  • 1-2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 3 tbsp corn kernels
  • 3 tbsp chopped bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp chopped carrots
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp green chilli sauce
  • 1 small cup fresh tomato puree (Optional)
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

How to make INDIAN PICKLE PASTA

  1. Bring 4 cups water in a large deep pan. Add salt and 1 teaspoon oil to it. Add the pasta to it and cook till it gets soft. Don't overcook pasta.
  2. Drain the cooked pasta and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and sauté untill it gets little brown . Add green chillies, onions and sauté for 1 minute. Add corns , bell peppers ,chopped mango pickle, tomato puree and cook for good 5 minutes on a medium flame.
  4. Now add boiled pasta,tomato sauce,chilli sauce ,salt-pepper to taste and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

My Tip:

Tip- You can add any pickle after chopping it, whether it be lemon,mix pickle to add twist to your pasta.
