Ingredients to make Frappuccino

  • Full cream milk - 250ml
  • Whipping cream 100ml
  • Nescafe Coffee powder - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp + 1tbsp
  • Chocolate sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder - for garnishing
  • Few ice cubes

How to make Frappuccino

  1. Whip the whipping cream with 1tbspn sugar till stiff peaks. Transfer to piping bag and refrigerate
  2. Pour the chocolate sauce on brim of serving glass to get dripping pattern. Refrigerate for 5minutes.
  3. Using a hand blender, blend together milk, coffee powder and 2tbspn sugar. Blend well till frothy.
  4. To assemble: Pour the cold coffee in the serving glass. Add ice cubes. Pipe the whipping cream in circular pattern.
  5. Drizzle some cocoa powder. Serve cold.
My Tip: Tip: Use chilled milk for better results. Ingredients can be used according to your choice.
