Fried Rice

Ingredients to make Fried Rice

  • 500 gms rice
  • 1 bunch spring onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 cup copped beans
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
  • 1/2 cup refined oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Fried Rice

  1. Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp refine oil to rice and boil.
  2. Drain the water and spread the rice in a plate to cool and dry.
  3. Take 1/4 cup oil in a dish. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till light brown.
  4. Add all the vegetables and cook for some time by continuously stirring. Keep this aside.
  5. Boil 1/4 cup oi in a dish. Add rice and stir fry for 3 mins on Sim flame.
  6. Now add all the vegetables and mix.
  7. Now add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, black pepper powder and salt and mix well.
  8. Keep stirring on medium flame till all the sauces dry.
  9. Serve hot with sauces.
