Sandwich Paratha

Ingredients to make Sandwich Paratha

  • For dough :
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2tsp oil
  • To taste salt
  • Stuffing :
  • ½ cup Finely chopped lettuce / cabbage
  • 2 finely chopped green chillies
  • Small piece Finely chopped capsicum
  • 2Tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1/2tsp tomato ketchup for one roti
  • 2 tsp butter

How to make Sandwich Paratha

  1. For Dough:
  2. Make dough using wheat flour, salt, oil and water. Cover it and keep it aside for 30 mins.
  3. To make paratha:
  4. Roll out as chapathi apply tomato ketchup, spread lettuce, capsicum, coriander leaves, green chilli, carrot and place another chapathi and press the corners.
  5. Heat a tawa apply butter and keep the chapathi again apply butter over top. Cook on both sides. Serve hot.
  6. Serve with raita.
  7. Note: For kids add red chilli powder or pepper powder instead of green chillies
