Ingredients to make Moong dal ki khichdi..

  • Green lentil half katori
  • rice khichdi special half katori
  • onion 1
  • cumin seeds 1tsp
  • salt as to taste.
  • Desi ghee 8 tsp
  • turmeric a pinch

How to make Moong dal ki khichdi..

  1. Boil washed and soaked daal and rice in pressure cooker.
  2. Boil for 25 minutes
  3. Keep check that they are cooked well or not.
  4. On other side heat a wok for tadka
  5. Add desi ghee in wok.
  6. Add chopped onions and cumin seed
  7. Add salt and turmeric as to taste.
  8. Now add this tadka into boiled rice daal.
  9. Heat for few minutes until it become thick.
