Ingredients to make Nutella Stuffed Red Velvet Choco Chip Cookies

  • For stuffing
  • Nutella
  • For Cookies
  • 170 gms flour
  • 1tsp baking powdere
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100gms Powdered sugar
  • 100gms butter
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1tbsp red food colour
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup chocochip (callebaut55%)
  • Few white choco chips

How to make Nutella Stuffed Red Velvet Choco Chip Cookies

  1. Start by making nutelka filling
  2. Take 3 tbsp nutella in a piping bag and pipe on to baking paper like callets and frezze them at at leasr 45 min or more.
  3. For cookies
  4. Sift all dry ingredients
  5. Mix butter and sugar until soft and fluffy
  6. Add the dry Ingredients and mix
  7. Add curd and red food colouring
  8. Form a ball and place in fridge for 30 min
  9. Take it out weigh 35 gms of dough and flatten it put the nutella callet and close it and make into a ball
  10. Top with white choco chip
  11. Bake in a preheated oven 180c for 15 min
  12. Once done slightly flatten with a tumbler and transfer to cooling rack

My Tip:

Take butter at room temperature
