Ingredients to make Lemon orange tangerine posset

  • Amul fresh cream 400ml
  • sugar 80gms
  • lemon juice 35 ml
  • Orange juice 35ml
  • Zest of one orange
  • Foe topping
  • Few strawberries (15)
  • 1 tbsp sugar

How to make Lemon orange tangerine posset

  1. Squeeze the juice of lemon andcorange
  2. Powder the sugar if using regural sugar
  3. Heat the cream in a sauce pan just until u see light bubbles to the edges of the pan
  4. Cover with a lid and keep aside so it stays warm
  5. Heat orange juice ,lemon and sugar lightly until u see slight bubbles to the edges of the pan switch off the flame
  6. Add juice to the cream stir once and strain immediately using a mesh
  7. Pour into glass jars or bowls
  8. And set in freezer for 45 min or in fridge for 4 hrs
  9. Top it with cut strawberries

Try using galss bowls or jars to set the dessert avoid plastic .
