Chocolate strawberry gateux

Ingredients to make Chocolate strawberry gateux

  • chocolate mude cake (base)
  • 220 gm dark chocolate
  • 270 gm butter
  • 1/4 Cup dark cocoa powder
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cup hot water
  • 2 No eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 Cup refined flour
  • A pinch baking soda

How to make Chocolate strawberry gateux

  1. Preheat oven 150*c grease the cake tine line with baking pepper
  2. Take a saucepan add in butter melt on low flame continuously stir with wooden spoon
  3. Now add in dark chocolate , cocoa powder, sugar , hot water mix all to together
  4. Keep aside for cool
  5. Now add lightly beaten eggs and vanilla extract lightly whisk
  6. Add now sifted all purpose flour and baking soda mix well with spatula
  7. Pour in cake tin & bake for 25 to 30 min on 160*c until clean out knife (tester)
  8. Allow to cool for frosting the gateux
  9. Frosting
  10. Whip the cream after add chopped strawberry, crush, mix well
  11. Keep in refrigerator for 10 min
  12. Take mude cake make layer and
  13. Sprinkle the sugar syrup every layer with strawberry cream
  14. Set in refrigerator for 5 min
  15. Now give finishing with cream
  16. Garnish strawberry and chocolate balls
  17. Serve with love

My Tip:

Here I used chocolate mude cake, you can use plain chocolate sponge cake
