Ingredients to make Cupid's Smoothie

  • dates – 8
  • raisins – 10
  • almonds – 8
  • Oats – 2 tbsp
  • honey – 1 tbsp
  • Skimmed milk – 2 cups

How to make Cupid's Smoothie

  1. Make dry powder of oats and almonds.
  2. In a blender put dates, raisins, honey and half of the milk and blend to a smoothie.
  3. Top up with rest of the milk.
  4. Serve chilled.
