Spinach Tomato Muffin Dhokla

Ingredients to make Spinach Tomato Muffin Dhokla

  • Rava 1.5 cup
  • curd 1.5 cup
  • salt to taste
  • water 1.5 cup
  • tomato puree 2 tablespoons
  • spinach puree 2 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • sugar 1.5 tablespoon
  • ginger grated 1 small tablespoon
  • Green chilli grated 1 small tablespoon
  • lemon juice 1.5 tablespoon
  • oil 2 tablespoon
  • eno 1 pouch
  • For tempering
  • oil 2 tablespoon
  • sugar 2 small tablespoon
  • Green chilli slit 2
  • curry leaves 10-12 leaves
  • Rai 1 tablespoon
  • water 1 cup

How to make Spinach Tomato Muffin Dhokla

  1. 1. Take a bowl. Put rava, curd, ginger, green chilli and mix it
  2. 2. Add salt, oil, sugar and beat till it smooth.
  3. 3. Divide the mixture in 3 bowls.
  4. 4. In first bowl, add spinach puree. In second bowl, add tomato puree, and third remain same.
  5. 5. Cover it and rest it for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Greese the muffin moulds
  7. 7. Add eno, stir gently and pour immediately in greese mould.
  8. 8. Put these moulds in microwave for 4 minutes on 100 degree.
  9. 9. Ur spinach tomato dhokla muffins are ready.
  10. FOR TEMPERING:
  11. 10. Take pan put 2 tablespoon oil then add rai add slit chilli, Curry leaves.
  12. 11. Add water ND sugar. Boil it till sugar dissolve.
  13. 12. Put this tempering over dhokla.
  14. 13. Yummy, soft muffin dhokla is ready.
