Red Velvet Smoothy

Ingredients to make Red Velvet Smoothy

  • Beetroot (half)
  • carrots 2-3
  • Orange/kinnoo juice 1 cup
  • Fresh fruits like papaya,grapes
  • honey 2 _3 tsp
  • Black salt as per taste (optional)

How to make Red Velvet Smoothy

  1. Peel the beetroot and carrots and boil them in one cup of water for five min. And let it cool
  2. Peel oranges and prepare juice
  3. Now in a blender or juicer add beetroot carrots and other fruits of ur choice and blend it Ina Smooth paste
  4. Now add orange juice ,honey and salt and blend it again for few min
  5. Smoothy is ready to serve ( serve it fresh)
