Ingredients to make Baked potato stuffed kulchha

  • 2cup flour
  • 1tbsp yeast
  • 1tsp sugar
  • salt
  • 2tsp oil
  • FOR STUFFING---
  • Potato boiled 2cup
  • coriander leaves 1 cup
  • ginger paste 1tbsp
  • Green chilli paste as per taste
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1tbsp
  • salt
  • butter for greasing
  • coriander leaves for topping
  • Red chilli powder

How to make Baked potato stuffed kulchha

  1. First we take lukewarm milk. And add yeast and sugar. Keep aside for ten min.
  2. Take flour and add salt ,oil and yeast milk. And make a dough. Knead it for ten min till not sticky. Dough should be soft.
  3. Keep this for an hour.
  4. For filling--
  5. Take boil potato and mash finely. Add all ingredents.
  6. 30 min. Before serving we devide dough in equal portions and shape them balls.
  7. Spread the ball with fingers and fill with potato filling and stuff properly by covering edges.
  8. Now roll it with light handed. Sprinkle some red chilli powder, Chaat masala and coriander leaves
  9. Bake 10 -15 min at 200 degree
  10. When cooked add butter and serve

My Tip:

Can use kasoori methi also
