Ingredients to make Ravva dosa

  • sooji- 1 cup
  • Rice flour-1 cup
  • maida-1/2 cup
  • Onions, grated coconut, green chillies - 1 cup
  • cumin seeds- 1 tsp
  • salt- as per our taste
  • oil- for roasting

How to make Ravva dosa

  1. Mix all ingredients with double the quantity of water except oil and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a non stick pan tawa on high flame.
  3. Add few drops of oil and pour a laddle full of batter from borders of tawa towards inside of tawa.
  4. We can see netted pattern.
  5. Let it roast for few min and add little oil at the borders and inside.
  6. Roast for few seconds and serve hot with coconut chutney or ginger pickle or mint chutney

My Tip:

Adjust water according to your batter consistency.
