Chocolate Ganache Cake

Ingredients to make Chocolate Ganache Cake

  • Chocolate sponge Cake - 1
  • Chocolate ganache:
  • Dark chocolate - 200 gms
  • Fresh cream - 100 ml
  • Milk - 10 ml
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 1 cup

How to make Chocolate Ganache Cake

  1. Make the Dark Chocolate Ganache:
  2. Heat fresh cream, milk bring to a boil, turn off the flame.
  3. Add in the chocolate, whisk together and keep aside for 1 to 2 hours. Let it cool completely.
  4. Take the ready made Sponge cake and slice in 3 parts.
  5. Sprinkle some sugar water and then spread the ganache. Do this to all the 3 layers. Set it up and keep in fridge for at least 10 minutes.
  6. Finally melt the ganache on a low flame, stir nicely & pour on top.
  7. Garnish (piping) with a star nozzle, put some glaze cherry for an attractive look.
