Spinach Tofu Paratha

Ingredients to make Spinach Tofu Paratha

  • 1 cup finely chopped spinach
  • 1 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup crumbled tofu
  • 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds powder
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • oil for cooking

How to make Spinach Tofu Paratha

  1. In a big bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well. Add water and start kneading the dough.
  2. Mix the dough with some oil and cover for 30 minutes
  3. Take the rested dough and divide into small portion. Roll the each portion into round shaped like roti
  4. Roast it on skillet till it gets nice golden spots from both sides
  5. Serve hot with curd or pickle
