Ingredients to make Red Chilly Fried Rice

  • Leftover Cooked rice 3 cups
  • Chopped onion 1
  • cumin 1 tsp
  • red chilly powder 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • oil 2 tablespoon

How to make Red Chilly Fried Rice

  1. Heat oil in a non- stick pan. Splutter cumin seeds in it. Add chopped onions. Saute for 3 minutes. Add salt and red chilly powder. Saute 1 minute on high flame.
  2. Add rice and mix well. Saute for 3-4 minutes on high flame.
