Ingredients to make Apple Rabdi

  • apples-3
  • Milk 1 liter
  • sugar- 1 cup
  • Elachi - 3 ( powdered)
  • Milk maid- 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence- 3 drops
  • Almonds and pistachios for garnish

How to make Apple Rabdi

  1. Boil 1 litre milk for 20 minutes in very slow flame. Add sugar, elachi powder,
  2. Keep moving the cream to the side of the pan.
  3. Keep stirring till a thick consistency is reached
  4. In a separate pan, add 1 spoon of ghee and fry grated apples and fry for 5 min.
  5. Now add this grated apple into the rabdi and stir for 2 minutes.
  6. Switch off the stove and transfer into a bowl and chill it for 3 hours.
  7. Just before serving, decorate with sliced apples and garnish with dry fruits

My Tip:

If we add grated apple directly, milk gets curdled sometimes. So, its better to add little fried apples.
