- all purpose flour 1 cup
- ghee 3 tablespoons
- baking soda 1/8 teaspoon
- Powdered sugar 3 tablespoon
- cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Milk as required to make the batter
- oil for Deep frying
- sugar 2 cups
- water 1/2 cup
- Rose water 1 tablespoon
- 1 cup Milk powder

How to make Malpua
My Tip:
Add a tableapoon of ghee to the oil before deep frying malpua . This subsides the typical oil flavour and gives a better taste.
