Chocolate mousse

Ingredients to make Chocolate mousse

  • 2 1/2 cups whipping cream 1 cup chocolate broken
  • 4 egg yolks 1/4 grinded sugar

How to make Chocolate mousse

  1. Beat egg yolks with electric mixer for 5 mnts till thick.
  2. Add sugar and beat for approx 2 mnts.
  3. Now heat 1 cup whipping cream till hot, stirring all the time. Do not boil. Mix chocolate till melted. Cover and put in fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Beat 1 1/2 cups cream in chilled bowl with electric mixer on high speed till stiff. Now carefully fold chocolate mixture with whipped cream. Spoon in serving bowls.

My Tip:

I had taken Morde dark chocolate, not compound. The most important part of Mousse is to keep on stirring all the time. Please sieve before putting in fridge for two hours.
