How to make Coconut Laddu

  1. If desiccated coconut is very coarse blend it in the mixer for a while. Mix together coconut and condensed milk.
  2. Begin to heat until the mixture turns hot and comes together .
  3. Add rose essence and nuts.
  4. When the mixture is at room temperature, take small portions and shape like laddos.

My Tip: To shape ladoos, I have used almonds for feet, choco chips for eyes, dry figs for hat and heart shaped confetti for lips.
