Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1ltr milk , 150 gm desiccated red Pumpkin, 50 gm socked and crushed rice, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder,1tsp ghee, 1tbsp roasted and chopped kaju ,badam and pista,1tbsp milk powder,kesar
  2. 2tbsp sugar or as your taste

Instructions

  1. - heat the ghee in pan add socked rice sauté 2-3min then add pumpkin again sauté 1-2 min.
  2. -Boil the milk upto 10 min. -Add rice boile it 5 min then add Pumpkin cook for5-10 min . -add milk powder mix and boil. -add sugar to taste boile. Add kesar and cardamom powder. -keep it in a serving bowl garnish with nuts .
  3. -keep it in the refrigerator for cooling. -serve chilled or as you like.
