Ingredients to make Paneer Rabadi Falooda

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Milk 500 ml for making paneer
  • Milk Maid 1 cup
  • Milk powder 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Rose flavor sugar syrup 1 cup
  • Kesar flavor sugar syrup 1 cup
  • Boiled vermicelli sev 1 cup
  • Chia seeds ½ cup soaked in water

How to make Paneer Rabadi Falooda

  1. In 1 liter milk add milk maid, milk powder and boil it
  2. Make paneer with 500 ml milk. And add it to boiled milk. And make Rabadi. Also add cardamom powder
  3. Allow it to cool down. Boil vermicelli sev and cool it
  4. Divide it into 2 parts. Now take the first part and add it to rose syrup and another part into kesar syrup.
  5. Now do the same with chia seeds. Add rose sugar syrup in first part and kesar syrup in the second part
  6. For serving put ice in a glass. Now add rose syrup
  7. Now add chia seeds with rose flavor. Add vermicelli and rabadi
  8. Add kesar syrup. Now add chia seeds with kesar flavor. Add vermicelli sev and above it add rabadi and garnish it with dry fruits (optional)
  9. Serve
My Tip: I have use kesar and rose sugar syrup. You can use any flavour of choice
