Baby corn Manchurian dry

Ingredients to make Baby corn Manchurian dry

  • Babycorn : 10 nos
  • maida: 3tbsps
  • Corn flour: 3 tbsps
  • spring onion : 1/2 bunch
  • tomato sauce: 1 tsp
  • chilly sauce : 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce: 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic: 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Green chilly : 2 nos
  • capsicum: 1
  • oil

How to make Baby corn Manchurian dry

  1. Make a batter with maida, corn flour and salt using little water and dip the chopped baby corn one by one, deep fry and keep aside.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add chopped garlic and fry.
  3. Add chopped green chilly, white part of the spring onion and fry.
  4. Add soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, chopped capsicum and fried baby corn.
  5. Lastly add salt and chopped spring onion, mix and fry on a high flame for few minutes and remove from fire.
  6. Serve hot & enjoy..
