Crunchy Coconut Vadi

Ingredients to make Crunchy Coconut Vadi

  • Grated Fresh coconut – 2 cup
  • sugar – 1 cup
  • Course sugar or bhura – ¼ cup
  • cashew nut- ½ cup
  • Red and black cherry – 1 cup
  • clarified butter – 3 tablespoon
  • Green cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
  • rose essence – 1 tea spoon
  • kesar – 1 pinch

How to make Crunchy Coconut Vadi

  1. Heat a pan add clarified butter then add grated fresh coconut and mix it until light brown colour.
  2. Then add sugar, green cardamom, rose essence and kesar mix it well after that switch off the gas and add course sugar or bhura and again mix it all mixture.
  3. Smear some butter on plate and spread coconut mixture and cut diamond shape vadi. Then arrange all vadi on a serving plate.
  4. Decorate this Crunchy Coconut vadi with cashew nut and garnish the plate with red and black cherry.
  5. Serve

My Tip:

Tip :- To make Coconut vadi soft and fluffy you must add clarified butter in mixture properly.
