Ingredients to make Caramelized oats with spinach delight

  • 60 gm ghee
  • 3/4 cup spinach pury
  • 3/4 cup Caster Sugar
  • 100 gm mawa
  • 3 th sp samolina
  • Cardemon powder for flavour
  • 3 tb sp oats
  • 1 tb sp icing sugar
  • I/4 cup chopped badam

How to make Caramelized oats with spinach delight

  1. Add ghee in a pan and then add samolina stir it continuously until it becomes golden brown
  2. Then add palak puree in it
  3. Then add mawa
  4. Stir it untill it becomes thick and then add cardamom powder and switch off the gas
  5. Then in another pan add oats and roast it with chopped badam and add icing sugar
  6. Use this caramel for decoration
