Ingredients to make Mysorepak

  • Besan 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Ghee 3 cup
  • Water 1 cup

How to make Mysorepak

  1. Take a big kadai
  2. Mix all ingredients well and transfer them to kadai
  3. Keep the kadai on gas
  4. Stir continuously
  5. When this mix starts leaving the kadai and is of light brown in colour, turn off the gas
  6. Then pour this mix in a greased plate
  7. Let it cool for few minutes
  8. Cut in the shape of your choice
  9. Mysorepak is ready. Serve
My Tip: Don't stop stirring it. Otherwise it will stick to kadai. Remove immediately from kadai after you turn off the gas
