Ingredients to make Mesurpak

  • Besan 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Ghee 3 cup
  • Water 1 cup

How to make Mesurpak

  1. Take a big kadai
  2. Mix all ingredients well and pour them in kadai
  3. Keep the kadai on gas
  4. Stir continuously
  5. When this mix starts leaving the kadai and is of light brown in colour
  6. Off the gas
  7. Then pour this mix in a greecing plate
  8. Let it cool for few minutes
  9. Cut in shapes u like
  10. Mesurpak is ready
My Tip: Don't stop stirring it. Otherwise it will stick in kadai. Remove immediately from kadai after you off the gas
