Ingredients to make Potato Garlic Bites

  • Parboiled potatoes 4 medium
  • Grated garlic cloves 8-10
  • cornflour- 5-8 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes- 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper- 1 tsp
  • Refined oil for frying
  • salt to taste

How to make Potato Garlic Bites

  1. Grate all the potatoes in a bowl and mash them a little bit.
  2. Add garlic, chilli flakes, black pepper and into the potatoes and give it a good mix. Keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Now add cornflour in batches or as required.and mix it well. Heat oil for deep frying in a pan.
  4. Now take some of the potato mixture on your palm and make little round balls, fry till golden brown. Serve them hot with your choice of sauce.
