ABOUT Pani Puri Shots RECIPE

Pani puri / golgappe is india's fav street food. Bachhe ho ya bade ye sabhi ko kafi pasand h. To here comes lovely suji golgappe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Suji 1 cup
  2. Maida 2 tblspn
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  5. Water to make dough
  6. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix suji, maida, salt n soda. Make a tight dough. Cover the dough with dump cloth and rest it for 20-25 mins.
  2. After 20,mins knead the dough till it get smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into 25-30 small portions.
  4. Make small puris not too thick not too thin.
  5. Fry 4-5 puris at a time in hot oil.
  6. Ur puris are ready. For stuffing u can add potatoes or white matar or sprouts as per ur choice.
  7. For pani I have used Everest pani puri masala, green chutney and tamarind chutney with boondi.
