Ingredients to make Chicken in black pepper sauce.

  • Chicken pieces 400g.
  • To marinate chicken,
  • CORN FLOUR 1 TBSP
  • Maida 1tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder 2 tsp
  • Chinese seasoning 1tbsp
  • Light soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sechwan sauce 2tbsp
  • For the Gravy
  • Onion 2,cut into big pieces
  • Capsicum 1,chopped
  • Spring onion,2tbsp,chopped
  • Celery 2 tbsp,chopped
  • Black pepper sauce 3 tbsp
  • Crushed pepper 2 tbs
  • Oil for deep frying.

How to make Chicken in black pepper sauce.

  1. The ingredients given for marinating.
  2. Marinate chicken pieces & refrigerate for 2 hrs.
  3. Heat oil,in a pan,deep fry chicken pieces.
  4. When done keep aside.
  5. In another pan put some of the fried oil. Then add garlic & onion. Fry for a few minutes.
  6. Then add all the ingredients .capsicum.celery.& spring onion. Fry well.
  7. Then add black pepper sauce & rice wine vinegar..Stir well.
  8. In another kadai heat 1 tbsp of oil.put crushed pepper.fry well.
  9. Add to the gravy along with some water.
  10. When it boils, add fried chicken pieces. Fry well. If u want dry.let it cook for some more time. Or if , with semi gravy, remove when all pieces r well coated with sauces .
  11. Serve hot with any roti.

My Tip:

sauces contain enough salt,so avoid salt in gravy. & chicken . u want to make more spicy,add some chilli powder also.
