Ingredients to make roll is gold

  • 12 Slices - brown bread or white bread (large sized)
  • 1 cup - any mix vegetable thinly chopped
  • 1 cup - chicken. minced & boiled
  • 1/2 - onion chopped
  • 1 - tomato medium sized chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - red chili powder
  • 2 pinch - garlic powder
  • 2 pinch - onion powder
  • A dash of rosemary
  • A dash of oregano
  • 12 - cheese slice
  • Seasame oil as required
  • Butter for greasing
  • salt to taste

How to make roll is gold

  1. Cut the corners of all the bread slices. With the help of a rolling pin roll the bread slices like chapati and keep aside.
  2. In a nonstick pan take little bit of the seasame oil and heat it, add chopped onion, after a few seconds add tomato and than add thinly chopped mix vegetables (beans,cabbage,carrot capsicum,little gourd) and mix it well.
  3. After 2 minutes, when the vegetables are done, add chicken mince, salt to taste, red chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano and finally a dash of rosemary and mix it all properly. Keep the flame on low.
  4. After 2 minutes, keep aside for cooling. when cooled take a plastic sheet and placed the bread piece and fill vegetables on one side and put cheese slices in it and tightly roll the bread carefully.
  5. Like this, prepare all rolled and grease them all with butter and keep it in fridge.
  6. Before serving, shallow fry till brown in colour, you can grill it in an oven.
  7. Serve it with mayonnaise and tomato sauce and sprinkle some roasted sesame seed and a pinch of oregano.
