Easy Matar Paneer

Ingredients to make Easy Matar Paneer

  • Fresh Green Peas 1 cup
  • Fresh paneer cubed
  • Ripe red tomatoes
  • Big onions
  • Green chillies Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Dhania Jeera powder
  • Saunf cardamom crushed
  • oil
  • Salt

How to make Easy Matar Paneer

  1. Grind Onion and tomatoes separate
  2. Crush Saunf and cardamom
  3. Heat oil/Ghee
  4. Add ginger garlic chilli paste
  5. Add onion paste, saute till brown
  6. Add tomatoes paste, saute till oil separates,
  7. Add Turmeric powder+Kashmiri red Chilly powder+Garam Masala, saute
  8. Low flame, add peas saute, add paneer, saute on very low flame till aroma wafts, cover for five minutes.
  9. Add lukewarm water and cook for five minutes,add water as per your desired consistency.
  10. Add Cardamom and Saunf Powder, check salt and saute. Flame low, one boil
  11. Value Addition: heat ghee add some red chillies dry and pour over it. Cover serve after five minutes.
