Ingredients to make Mixed fruit popsicles

  • 1 bowl watermelon diced and deseeded and refridgerated for 2 hr
  • 1 bowl oranges peeled and deseeded and refridgerated for 2 hr
  • 1 bowl kiwi peeled and sliced and refridgerated for 1 hr
  • 1 small bowl sugar divided into 3 parts or 12 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of chaat masala divided into 3 parts

How to make Mixed fruit popsicles

  1. in a blender blend all the fruits one by one with sugar and chaat masala. wash the blender every time you change the fruits
  2. in a icecream mould add the kiwi mixture followed by orange mixture and then the water melon mixture
  3. cover the lid and keep the icecream mould for overnight
  4. next day the fruit popsicles will be ready to share

My Tip:

water melon and oranges being watery will tend to mix together so slowly slide the watermelon mixture while adding to the popsicles
