Hakka noodles

Ingredients to make Hakka noodles

  • chings hakka noodles 1packet
  • chopped cabbage, bell peppers 1cup
  • chopped spring onion half cup
  • Chilli sauce 1tsp
  • Dark soya sauce 1tsp
  • red chilli sauce 1tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • olive oil 2tsp
  • vinegar
  • ajino motto 1/2 tsp (I have not used)
  • vinegar
  • crushed garlic and green chilli

How to make Hakka noodles

  1. keep water for boiling
  2. break noodles with hands
  3. add to boiling water
  4. add oil 1tsp to noodles
  5. mix with spoon
  6. let it cook for 5-7 minutes
  7. break with spoon and see if its cooked
  8. now remove in seive and strain water
  9. wash noodles under cold running tap water
  10. take half spoon oil in your hand
  11. spread on noodles with your hand
  12. add 1tsp oil in deep pan switch on flame
  13. add crushed garlic and green chilly
  14. add onions white part
  15. add cabbage, carrot
  16. now add bell peppers
  17. add all sauces and vinegar
  18. it will be like this
  19. add salt
  20. add noodles and mix upside down
  21. and hakka noodles are ready
My Tip: You can add mushrooms too just saute them in oil and add
