Ingredients to make Vegetable Pancakes

  • chopped capsicum , onion , tomatoes, carrots,cabbage
  • salt to taste
  • A Pinch of Black pepper
  • Tomatoe sauce
  • oil to Drizzle
  • rava 500 gms
  • curd 2 spoons

How to make Vegetable Pancakes

  1. Take rava add curd, salt, black pepper, water and mix well
  2. add all the veggies
  3. keep aside for a few minutes
  4. take a pan add some of the portion and give shape of pancakes
  5. drizzle some oil and flip
  6. cook till both the sides are golden
  7. serve with tomatoe sauce
