  • par boiled potatoes 2 - 3
  • Schezwan sauce
  • cabbage for garnishing
  • olive oil for grilling
  • toothpicks
  • Salt to taste
  • A Pinch of Black Pepper

How to make Schezwan potatoes

  1. Take a grilling pan and grill all the veggies
  2. add salt and a pinch of black pepper to veggies
  3. insert the veggies in a sequence into the toothpicks
  4. take each toothpick and coat schezwan sauce on it
  5. grill it again until golden brown
  6. then take a plate add some cabbage in middle amd place the toothpicks
  7. decorate it and serve hot
My Tip: Instead of a grilling pan u can use charcoal to get a smoky flavour
