Chicken Tandoori Maggi

Ingredients to make Chicken Tandoori Maggi

  • 3-4 pieces chicken
  • 2 packet Chicken Maggi
  • 1 Medium Carrot
  • 1 tspn Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspn pepper
  • 1 tblspn garam masala
  • 1/4 tspn blush color
  • 1/2 tspn tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tblspn butter
  • 1 cube amul cheese
  • 1 tspn oil
  • Corriander

How to make Chicken Tandoori Maggi

  1. Wash chicken pieces, add salt pepper and ginger garlic
  2. Boil above marinaded chicken, cool and shred coarsely and sprinkle salt
  3. Put maggi with taste maker to boil with one tspn oil in a flat pan or kadai
  4. Grate carrot, now mix into the boiling maggi
  5. To the shredded chicken add the seasoning
  6. Heat butter in a pan add the seasoned chicken
  7. Saute for five minutes and remove in a bowl
  8. Take out maggi in a bowl too and top with the tandoori chicken
  9. Take a cube of processed cheese of choice
  10. Grate it finely and garnish with coriander
  11. Keep ready in fridge microwave 2-3 minutes before serving to melt the cheese on it
My Tip: Can keep some boiled chicken in the fridge to use for any dish always have a stock of maggi
