Mooli and Carrot Paratha

Ingredients to make Mooli and Carrot Paratha

  • radish grated 3/4 Cup
  • carrot grated 3/4 Cup
  • Roasted gram flour 2 tsp
  • garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • ginger grated 1 tsp
  • Chill powder to taste
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • sesame seeds roasted 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tsp
  • Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • wheat flour. 1 cup
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • oil / butter for shallow fry

How to make Mooli and Carrot Paratha

  1. Add salt to grated radish. Mix, keep for sometime.
  2. Grate Carrot, squeeze out water from radish.
  3. Mix Carrot, Radish, gram flour and all masala.
  4. Make balls of stuffing.
  5. Knead wheat flour by adding 2 tsp oil.
  6. Heat a griddle. Roll a roti, stuff with prepared stuffing.
  7. Roast by applying oil on both the sides.
  8. Serve with cucumber raita / curd or Tomato ketchup.

My Tip:

You can apply butter for your kids.
