Ingredients to make Fish fry

  • 200 gm bhetki fish or basa fish cut into slices
  • lemon
  • ginger Garlic Paste
  • chilli paste
  • coriander leaf
  • 2 eggs
  • Biscuit powder
  • 2 table spoon cornflower

How to make Fish fry

  1. Martinet fish with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, one beaten egg, chilli paste and salt for 30 mins
  2. Then take one bowl and mix one egg, little water, salt and cornflower and prepare batter.
  3. Then put fish slice on biscuit powder and give little pressure and coat it.
  4. Then dip into the batter and again coat fish with biscuit powder
  5. Fry in hot oil and serve with tomato sauce
