Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pheta ka chopping
  2. Cashews,
  3. Kismiss
  4. Sugar 150 grms
  5. Ghee 5 table spoons
  6. milk

Instructions

  1. 1.Take a pumpkin {pheta} and chop finely 2.HeAt ghee in a pan 3.Fry dry fruits like cashews and kishmiss and put aside 4. Take other 2 spoons of ghee and add to the same pan 5.now add the chopped pumpkin to it 6.now fry it for 10 mins till it gets golden colour 7. Now add elachi ,milk cream, and sugar And again stirr well for 5 mins 8 . Now garnish with above fried dry fruits . . . And now your delicious pheta (pumpkin ) ka halwa is ready
