Ingredients to make Easy and tasty INDIAN style Maggi ramen :stew:

  • Maggi 1 packet
  • Water 4 cups :blue_heart: :droplet:
  • Onion sprigs 1 bunch
  • Ginger garlic pieces 2 tbs
  • Chicken pieces 1 cup :poultry_leg:
  • Olive oil 2 tbs
  • Salt as required
  • Mirchi powder or mirchi flakes 3 tbs
  • 1 egg raw or boiled :egg: :hatching_chick:
  • Carrot grated 2 tbs
  • 2 tbs cornflour (optional )
  • Vinegar and soya sauce (optional )

How to make Easy and tasty INDIAN style Maggi ramen :stew:

  1. In a pan boil some water, add ginger pieces, vinegar 1tsp, garlic pieces , chicken pieces and boil it.
  2. Remove ginger, garlic ,chicken pieces with strainer or using spoon.
  3. In the remaining water, drop 1whole egg and bring it to boil. Keep the flame in Sim, so that it won't damage the shape of the egg...add water if necessary.
  4. After 2mins, Remove the egg and foam into another separate bowl.
  5. Add ginger,garlic paste, mirchi powder, salt,pinch of sugar to the chicken mixture and fry in a pan until it turns light golden brown..
  6. Add Maggie masala to the chicken fry and switch off the flame.
  7. After removing egg, add salt, mirchi flakes, Olive oil, Maggie masala and dry noodles. Boil it
  8. Add corn flour mixture if soup is too watery.....
  9. Now In the serving plate arrange boiled noodles, green onion springs , blanched carrots, chicken fry and garnish with piece of boiled egg.
  10. Garnish and Serve it hot.

My Tip:

I used egg drop method for boiling egg, if not one can simply skip the part and add the boiled egg to the recipe :ramen:.
