Cheese Ball

Ingredients to make Cheese Ball

  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cubes grated cheese
  • 1/4 black pepper crushed
  • 1/4 tsp mix herbs
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 2-3 tbsp corn starch
  • salt as required
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs

How to make Cheese Ball

  1. Let the boiled potatoes cool completely, mash potatoes in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add grated cheese, black pepper, mix herbs, oregano, salt if required,1 tbsp corn starch and 2 tbsp bread crumbs. Mix all the ingredients well and make small balls from the mixture.
  3. Heat oil for deep frying in kadhai, when oil become hot, add one cheese ball for testing that the oil has become hot or not otherwise cheese ball may break.
  4. Fry till balls get to become golden and crispy. Remove them in an absorbing paper.
  5. Serve cheese ball hot with tomato ketchup and chutney.

My Tip:

Add salt if required, you can also add gram flour or purpose flour.
