Ingredients to make Healthy Energy Oats Nuts Bar

  • Oats 3 cup
  • Butter 200gms
  • Sugar 1/3 cup
  • Sesame seed 4tbsp
  • Flaxseed 6 tbsp
  • Sunflower seeds4tbsp
  • Dates 1 cup pitted
  • Figs 20
  • Almond 1 cup
  • Walnut 1/2 cup
  • Coconut flakes 1/2 cup
  • Caramel sauce 3/4 cup
  • Chocolate milk 1 cup grated
  • Vanilla Essence 1tsp

How to make Healthy Energy Oats Nuts Bar

  1. Roast oats, sesame seeds, flaxseed and sunflower seed in a pan
  2. Add coconut flakes
  3. Cool
  4. Crush dates, figs, almonds and walnuts in a mixer one by one
  5. Heat butter and add sugar
  6. When sugar melts and turns golden turn off the gas
  7. Add everything and stir and then add grated chocolate
  8. Mix properly
  9. In a rectangular cake tin spread the butter paper and pour the mixture
  10. Put another layer of butter paper and roll with rolling pin so that the thickness is even
  11. Cool in refrigerator for half an hour and cool
  12. Cut into pieces
  13. Into bite size
My Tip: You can add any nut and drizzle more chocolate on top
