Ingredients to make Green Maggi noodles paneer potato peas rolls

  • Maggi noodles 2 packets
  • Green peas boiled 1/2 cup
  • Potato boiled 4 numbers
  • Spinach leaves blanched 1/2 cup
  • Paneer 100gram
  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger green chilli paste 1/2 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  • dry mango powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for Deep frying

How to make Green Maggi noodles paneer potato peas rolls

  1. Grate the boiled potatoes.
  2. Grind the blanched spinach.
  3. Mash the boiled peas.
  4. Boiled the maggi noodles with the taste maker as written on the maggi wrapper and keep it aside to cool.
  5. Cut paneer into small rectangle shape, 2 inch long and 1/2 inch width wise.
  6. Add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, dry mango powder and salt and mix well.
  7. Keep marinated paneer to rest for 10 minutes to incorporate all the masala in paneer well.
  8. Mix together the grated potatoes, mashed green peas, ground spinach, bread crumbs, salt, chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon or to taste, ginger green chilli paste, dry mango powder 1/2 teaspoon or to taste add half of the boiled maggi noodles.
  9. Mix all the above ingredients well.
  10. Take a portion of the mixture flatten on your palm .
  11. Take a marinated paneer and put in the centre of the mixture and close.
  12. Roll into rods shape kababs
  13. Now cover these rod shape kababs with cooked and cool noodles.
  14. Similarly make other rolls.
  15. Keep these ready rolls inside the fridge for 10 minutes.
  16. After 10 minutes take out the chilled rolls from the fridge.
  17. Shallow fry these rolls in hot oil till crisp and golden brown.
  18. Now your yummy green maggi noodles palak(spinach)paneer potato peas rolls are ready to serve .
  19. Enjoy yummy rolls with maggi hot and sweet chilli tomato sauce.
My Tip: Don't forget to add bread crumbs into the rolls mixture it has helped in binding the rolls.
