PINEAPPLE WAFERS CURD CAKE WITH CHOCO CHIPS

Ingredients to make PINEAPPLE WAFERS CURD CAKE WITH CHOCO CHIPS

  • Cake base 1 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/tsp baking powder
  • 1 drop of vanilla essence
  • Waffers for decoration
  • 1 big bowl of hung curd with little bit of sweet in flavour
  • Half bowl choco chips

How to make PINEAPPLE WAFERS CURD CAKE WITH CHOCO CHIPS

  1. For cake batter sieve maids and baking powder keep aside
  2. Take bowl mix wet ingredients milk oil now add sugar and mix together till the sugar melts
  3. Now add essence and sieved maida to wet ingredients
  4. Mix together without lump
  5. Pour this batter in greased round shape spring mould and bake it for 30 min in 180℃ in preheated oven
  6. After the cake is ready let it cool now for arrange the cake. 1 bowl of hung curd
  7. In spring form tin put the cake n by side stick all the wafers as shown in pic now add hung curd to it n put it in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours and let it set after that wen it cool down garnish with pineapple and Choco chips
