Flavorful chicken tikka made in grill pan over gas top.
Take the marination ingredients in a bowl and mix nicely.
Add the chicken to the mixture and keep aside for sometime. The longer marination the better. I kept for 2 hours.
Heat a grill pan over gas top and layer the chicken pieces in single layer.
Grill them over on all sides on low-medium heat for about 15-20 mins. Flip them over occasionally.
In the remaining marination mix the veggies and grill them for about 5 mins on high heat.
Turn off and bring the chicken and veggies together. Pour the remaining mustard oil, mix well and serve.
