- Hung curd - 8 tbsp
- chilly powder - 1/2 to 1 tsp
- cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 2 pinches
- pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp
- Tandoori colour - little
- tomato puree or paste - 1 to 2 tspn
- lemon juice - 2tspn
- MDH Tandoori masala - 1 to 2 tspn
- coriander leaves (chopped) - handful
- mint leaves (chopped) - handful
- green chillies 3 or 4
- Juice of lemon
- oil 4 tsp
- salt according to taste
