ABOUT Dahi Idli RECIPE

An easy healthy oil free recipe. Recipe courtesy :- Tried from Sanjeev Kapoor's No Oil Cook Book

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Idli - 2 nos ( adjust according to family )
  2. Curd - 1 cup ( sweetened & chilled )
  3. Chilli powder - 1 /4th tsp
  4. Jeera powder - half tsp
  5. Imli chutney - 1 tsp
  6. Green chutney - 1 tsp ( I didn't have so skipped it )
  7. Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take idli batter & make idlis, when done keep aside to cool.
  2. Now put the idlis in a bowl pour the sweetened chilled curd over it
  3. Put both the chutneys over it.
  4. Sprinkle jeera powder & red chilli powder
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves
  6. Enjoy Dahi Idli :relaxed:
