Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients to make Tandoori Chicken

  • chicken
  • 250 gms yogurt
  • Tandoori masala 3-4 tsp
  • salt
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin coriander powder 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil 4-5 tsp

How to make Tandoori Chicken

  1. Marinate all and keep aside for few hours.
  2. Preheat microwave oven and set rack into it.
  3. Place the marinated chicken pieces in the rack and microwave it for 10 mins. Turn the pieces and add little butter on in. Cook for 7 more mins and grill it for 5 min.
  4. Serve hot with onion rings and mint Chutney.

My Tip:

Its easy to cook tandoori chicken in a microwave oven.
