Ingredients to make Healthy Wealthy Oil Free Salad

  • Cucumber - 50 gm
  • Beet Root – 50 gm
  • Carrot - 50 gm
  • Tomato :- 30 gm
  • green garlic shallot – 20 gm
  • green coriander leaves – 20 gm
  • lemon juice – 2-3 tea spoon
  • cumin powder – 1 ½ tea spoon
  • black pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
  • salt as per taste

How to make Healthy Wealthy Oil Free Salad

  1. Cut cucumber, beet Root, carrot, tomato into finely chopped small pieces.
  2. Cut green garlic shallot and green coriander leaves finely.
  3. Take a large bowl mix all the cut vegetables and add cumin powder and black pepper powder, salt and lemon juice, mix it well.
  4. Put salad into a plate and decorates with the slices of cucumber, carrot, beet root and Lemon.
  5. This is a very healthy oil free salad which is suitable for all age groups.
